You know so much about the surgery, wish you have had yours before I did..lol. But i want to wish you the best on your journey. On the dumping syndrome, wish I had it but I don’t i still can eat anything I want, I have to chose to make better decisionss. You definitely wil inspired others. Looking forward to seeing your transformation. Also, you mention sleep apnea, I had no idea I had it until I started the process for the surgery, scared me to death. 70lb lighter I still use my machine.

i’ve dropped and regained hundreds of pounds over the years; thankfully, i only had sleep apnea, but there are all kinds of health issues in my family; i decided to get the surgery last year and finally had surgery last month; one of the best choices i’ve made for myself!
i hate needles too, but it was all worth it; the weight is coming off and i’m feeling a hundred times better already
good for you doing something healthy for yourself! thanks for spreading the word!
